The Allegrini Amarone 2019 is an icon of Veneto. Produced with dried grapes of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta, it offers an intense aroma of ripe cherry and spices. On the palate, it is powerful, velvety, and harmonious, with a long, persistent finish. Perfect with red meats and aged cheeses, it ages in barriques for 18 months.

Refinement
18 months in new French oak barriques, 7 months in large barrels, followed by 14 months in bottle.
Vinification
Natural drying of grapes for 3-4 months. Fermentation in steel tanks with 25 days of maceration, then malolactic fermentation.
