Assolo comes from the best vineyards of the Camonica Valley, where the soil, the sun and the work of man have been able to blend the typical characteristics of the Camunian land in its ruby red color, its spicy and fruity flavor and its intense aroma. Obtained exclusively from Merlot grapes, harvested manually according to ancient tradition, aged for twelve months in small oak barrels and at least six months in the bottle, it gives the palate a full flavor, accompanying meat and cheese dishes from the Camonica Valley.
