The first classic single-variety method of our range, produced from 100% Pinot Nero grapes, Alta Langa Rosè is characterized by elegance, harmony and complexity that find their best expression in a zero dosage.

Production
25 hl / ha, 100% Pinot Noir, average age of the vines 20 years.

Vinification
Manual selection of the grapes, maceration for about 6 hours and subsequent soft pressing. The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 14 ° C. Refermentation in the bottle for 1 month at a temperature of 14 ° C.

Refinement
In the bottle for at least 30 months, up to 40, with periodic remuage.

Color
Soft pink with salmon reflections, fine and persistent perlage.

Perfume
Citrus with hints of red apple and pink grapefruit, with a bread crust finish.

Taste
Mineral, well balanced with an important structure, it gives a remarkable persistence in the mouth.
