Primosic Sauvignon is a dry white wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia, made from 100% Sauvignon grapes. It has a brilliant straw yellow color and an intense aroma of sage and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and well-balanced, with a mineral finish. With 13.5% vol., it is ideal served at 10-12 °C in a large glass. Excellent with fish appetizers and asparagus, aged in steel and bottle for freshness.
