Podere Sapaio's Bolgheri Volpolo 2008 is a dry red Tuscan wine, a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. With an intense ruby color, it offers complex aromas of ripe fruits and spices. On the palate, it is balanced, with soft tannins and a persistent finish, aged 14 months in barriques and 6 in bottle. Perfect with red meats, served at 16-18℃.
