Cichin by Podere Il Saliceto is a Barbera d'Asti DOC, a dry red wine from the heart of Piedmont. It showcases an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose offers a powerful aroma of red fruits, complemented by spicy and floral notes. On the palate, it is full, harmonious, with a fresh acidity and soft tannins leading to a persistent finish. Aged in oak barrels, it pairs wonderfully with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, served at 16-18°C.
