Perfect with roasted red meats, feathered and furred game, truffle-based dishes, aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
Refinement
Approximately 30 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and small French oak barrels, followed by further bottle aging.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (25-30°C) with long maceration on the skins. Complete malolactic fermentation.
18°C. It is advisable to open it at least an hour before or decant it.
