Structured, elegant, fine tannins, long persistence, hints of fruit in spirits and balsamic notes.

14% vol.

Large Brunello or Burgundy glasses.
Pairings
Roasted or braised red meats, game, aged cheeses, truffle dishes.
Refinement
At least 2 years in large oak barrels, then in bottle. Total 5 years from harvest.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature, prolonged maceration.
