Petrussa Schioppettino Colli Orientali Doc is a still red wine from Friuli, 100% Schioppettino. It presents an intense ruby red with violet reflections. The nose offers complex aromas of black pepper, berries, and spices. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious, and savory, with elegant tannins and a persistent finish. Aged in oak, it pairs wonderfully with red meats and aged cheeses, served at 16-18℃.
