The Paolo Cottini Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva is a dry red wine D.O.C.G. from the heart of Veneto. Made with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta, it ages 36 months in oak and then in bottle. It presents an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose is intense and complex with ripe red fruit, sweet spices, and cocoa. On the palate, it is full-bodied, velvety, and harmonious, with a long finish. Serve at 18-20°C with robust dishes.
