Dry, harmonious, and elegant, with balanced tannins and a pleasant, persistent taste of fruit and spices.

Ideal with red meats, roasts, game, structured pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.
Refinement
In stainless steel tanks and then in bottle for a minimum period.
