Morra Gabriele's Barbaresco Magnum is a dry red D.O.C.G. wine from Piedmont, made from 100% Nebbiolo. It boasts an intense garnet color, ethereal aromas of rose and liquorice, and an austere yet velvety taste. Aged in wood, it's ideal with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 18-20°C.

Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature, with prolonged maceration. Followed by malolactic fermentation.
