Montespina Sangue di Giuda is a sweet sparkling red wine from Oltrepò Pavese, made from Croatina, Uva Rara, Ughetta and Barbera. It has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections and lively foam. The aroma is fruity, with notes of cherry, wild berries and rose. On the palate, it is sweet, aromatic, lively, soft and persistent, with 7% vol. Perfect with desserts and cured meats, served at 8-10°C.
