Monte Maletto Carema La Rue is a dry red Nebbiolo from Piedmont. Garnet red, ethereal aroma with floral/balsamic notes. Dry, savory, harmonious taste. Aged in wood, ideal with roasts and aged cheeses, served at 16-18°C.

Bouquet
Ethereal, complex, with floral notes of rose and violet, spices, undergrowth, and balsamic hints.
Taste
Dry, warm, savory, full-bodied, harmonious, with elegant tannins and a persistent, mineral finish.
Alcohol content
13.5% - 14% Vol.
Type of glass
Large Burgundy or Ballon glasses.
Pairings
Roast red meats, feathered and furred game, aged cheeses, rich pasta dishes.
Refinement
Minimum 24 months, of which at least 12 in wood (large oak barrels), followed by bottle aging.

Alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature, with long maceration on the skins.
