PRIMITIVE OF SALENTO
Red colored wine, it has a complex bouquet of intense and fine aromas, ranging from ripe fruit to spicy and vanilla notes in the finish. The vinification follows the ancient "Alberello" method, extremely rare and typical of the cultural heritage of Puglia. It involves the hand harvesting of the grapes, dried on the plants thanks to the sea wind, which are then de-stemmed and carefully selected, and then proceed to the slow maturation in French oak barrels for about 6 months.
Pairings
It goes perfectly with grilled and stewed meats and aged cheeses.
