Refining in concrete vats and in bottle. / Tasting notes / Intense ruby red colour with purple
gradation, intense aroma of ripe red fruit, menthol, sweet spices which give it complexity. The
taste opens slowly, velvet, round, rich and well-balanced. It’s a wine sapid, bodied and pleasant to
drink as well.
