Tasting notes: Straw yellow white wine; its complex aromas represent very well the expression of the grape. The nose shows aromas of tropical fruits and citrus, well integrated with the herbaceous and aromatic notes of gooseberry. On the palate it is sapid, structured, long, with an always very vibrant acidity. This Sauvignon lends itself very well to bottle aging for several years.
