The De Buris Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico Riserva 2010 is an Italian excellence. Intense ruby red, it seduces with complex aromas of ripe fruit and spices. On the palate it is full-bodied, velvety, with remarkable structure and persistence. Aged 6 years in oak, it is ideal with roasts and aged cheeses. Serve at 18–20℃.

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, deep and brilliant.

Bouquet

Intense and complex, notes of ripe cherry, dried plum, sweet spices, tobacco, leather, and balsamic hints. Evolved and layered.

Taste

Full-bodied, velvety, powerful and elegant. Ripe red fruits, cocoa, coffee, liquorice, and a persistent finish. Excellent structure and smoothness.

Pairings

Refinement

6 years in 500-liter Slavonian oak barrels, followed by at least 1 year in bottle before release.

Vinification

Grape drying (appassimento) for 3-4 months. Soft pressing. Slow fermentation for 30 days. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
