It has a bright straw yellow color and light greenish reflections, with a tiny and persistent pearl. Elegant aromas of bread crust, ripe fruit with notes of peach and a fresh hint of yogurt stand out on the nose. On the palate it is balanced, with a persistent and very pleasant citrus freshness, as well as a long and pleasant finish.

Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif and in combination with starters, it also develops very well throughout the meal, particularly with fish and shellfish, probably reaching its maximum with an excellent sea bass in salt.
