It features a brilliant straw yellow color, fine perlage, and a complex aroma of white flowers, exotic fruit, and bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and harmonious, ideal for accompanying appetizers and fish dishes. Aged for at least 24 months, it is served at 6-8°C.
