Le Preare Amarone della Valpolicella Classico D.O.C.G. from Veneto. Dried Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella grapes give an intense garnet color. Complex aromas of cherry, plum, spices. Warm, robust, velvety taste, with balanced tannins and a long fruity finish. 15.5% vol. Ideal with red meats, game, aged cheeses, at 16-18°C. Oak aging enhances its complexity.
