Le Arche Amarone della Valpolicella is a dry red DOCG wine from Veneto, Italy. From Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella grapes, intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Ethereal nose of ripe red fruit, cherry in spirits, sweet spices. Palate is full, velvety, harmonious with notes of ripe fruit and licorice, great structure. Ages 24 months in oak and bottle. Ideal with red meats, game, aged cheeses, served at 18-20°C.
