The Gutturnio "Terre della Tosa" comes from the organically converted vineyards of Azienda Agricola La Tosa in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. This still red wine, made from Barbera and Bonarda, has an intense ruby color. The nose offers complex aromas of red fruits and spices, while the palate is dry, harmonious, and savory, with good structure. With an alcohol content of about 13-14% vol., it's ideal with cured meats and red meats. Serve between 16 and 18℃ in a large glass.
