Grape: 70% Syrah, 15% Merlot, 15% Grenache. This is a selection of the best vintage grapes.

Vinification: The harvest is carried out in boxes, to avoid problems of compaction of the grapes. The grapes are transferred into cold storage for about 48H. After a careful selection in a sorting machine, the alcoholic fermentation takes place mainly with whole grapes in stainless steel, while the malolactic fermentation and aging is carried out in 500 liters French oak tonneau for about 20/22 months and a minimum of 6 months in bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Sight: intense red colour with purple reflections.
Bouquet: great expression of spices and aromatic essences enhanced by ageing in barriques.
Taste: very fine and delicate in the mouth. The tannin, respectful and non-invasive, accompanies a long and pleasant persistence.
The wine lends itself to ageing.
