La Piana Soffio Di Venere is an organic Classic Method Pas Dosé made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. It features a brilliant straw yellow color, aromas of citrus and bread crust, and a dry, fresh, persistent flavor. Aged 48 months on the lees and served at 6-8°C, it's perfect with raw fish and appetizers.
