La Combàrbia is a Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG from Tuscany, a blend of Prugnolo Gentile, Canaiolo Nero, and Mammolo. It is an intense ruby red, with complex aromas of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it is warm, full, and harmonious, with elegant tannins and a long finish. It ages for 24 months, 12 of which in oak. Serve at 18°C, it is ideal with red meats and aged cheeses.
