La Castellada's Ribolla Gialla 2002 is a macerated dry white wine, 100% Ribolla Gialla, from Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It presents an intense golden yellow color with amber reflections. The nose is complex with notes of apricot, honey, candied citrus, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is structured, fresh, and savory, with a long and slightly tannic finish. Aged over 30 months in oak, it is ideal with elaborate dishes and aged cheeses. Serve at 12-14°C in a large glass.
