The Sauvignon grape prefers ventilated areas with calcareous soils such as the steep slopes of Cortaccia between 450 and 600 meters. The descending winds in the evening have a regulating function of the climate and refresh the grapes.

On the deep, gravelly, calcareous-dolomitic soils a type of delicate Sauvignon is born with strong fruit that evokes elderflower, gooseberry and exotic fruits. On the palate it is balanced and juicy. The lively acidity gives the body a marked profile. A characteristic of Sauvignon Selection is the salty note on the palate that elegantly elongates the wine.
