Kollerhof Solaris Sisyphos is an organic white wine from Alto Adige, made from the Solaris grape. It has an intense yellow color, fruity aromas, aromatic herbs, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is full, fresh, and savory, with a persistent finish. Aged partly in wood and steel, it pairs ideally with white meats and cheeses.
