The Joaquin I Viaggiatori wine is an authentic expression of Campania. Produced with 100% Greco di Tufo grapes, it presents a bright straw yellow color. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of citrus, white flowers, almond, and mineral hints. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and vibrant, with remarkable persistence. Vinification takes place in steel tanks, followed by aging for 6 months also in steel and a minimum of 3 months in the bottle, at a serving temperature of 10-12°C. Perfect with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses.
