Intellego Syrah is a high-quality South African red wine from the Swartland region. Made from 100% Syrah, it presents a deep ruby color. The nose offers complex aromas of black pepper, dark berries, and olives, while the palate is structured, juicy, and spicy with fine tannins and good acidity. Aged in stainless steel or old oak, it pairs perfectly with grilled red meats and aged cheeses, served at 16-18°C.
