Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, bread crust, yeast, and white flowers.
Taste
Fresh, savory, elegant, with good structure and persistence, harmonious finish.
Alcohol content
12.5% vol.
Type of glass
Flute or tulip-shaped glass.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, with appetizers, fish dishes, shellfish, and white meats.
Refinement
On the lees for at least 24-36 months, then a few months in the bottle.
Vinification
Gentle pressing of grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation in steel, second fermentation in the bottle (Classic Method).
