Il Carpino's Rubrum 2003 is a Friulian red wine of great character. Made from Merlot and Refosco grapes, it presents an intense ruby red color. The nose offers a complex bouquet of red fruits, spices, and tertiary notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, warm, and structured, with a long finish. Ideal with red meats and cheeses.
