Refinement
Aging takes place for 12 months in barriques and a further 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, followed by a long period in bottle.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with long maceration on the skins to extract color and polyphenols.
