Gaja Costa Russi 2004, produced in Piedmont, is an elegant, structured red wine, a blend of Nebbiolo and Barbera. It features an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose reveals red fruits, sweet spices, and floral notes. On the palate, it is powerful yet refined, with fine tannins and a persistent finish. Aged in barriques, it's ideal with red meats and aged cheeses, served at 18°C.
