I Vigneri's Vinupetra is an exceptional Sicilian red wine, produced on Etna. It's a blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, giving it a bright ruby red color and an intriguing aroma of red fruits, spices, and minerals. On the palate, it's dry, savory, and very elegant, with remarkable mineral persistence. Aged in large barrels, it's ideal with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
