From Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Riesling Italico grapes, fermented with long maceration in underground Georgian amphorae, with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.
After racking and pressing it returns to the amphora for a further 5 months before it is aged in large oak barrels, where it remained for 6 years.
We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16-18°C.
