Grattamacco Bolgheri Rosso Superiore 2018 is a Tuscan icon. A red wine of great structure, intense aromas of red fruits and spices, with an enveloping, persistent taste. Aged 18 months in barriques.

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet
Intense and complex, notes of red berries, spices, leather, tobacco, and balsamic hints.
Taste
Full-bodied, elegant, persistent, with soft tannins, long finish, hints of fruit and minerals.
Alcohol content
14.5% vol.
Type of glass
Large red wine glass, Bordeaux type.
Pairings
Roasted red meats, game, aged cheeses.
Refinement
18 months in French oak barriques (new and second use), then 12 months in bottle.
Vinification
Fermentation in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts, maceration 25-30 days. Malolactic in barrique.
