Manufacturer: Gino Pedrotti
The sub-Mediterranean climate of the Valle dei Laghi allows this grape to develop the intensity of the aromas and the fullness of the palate in the best possible way.
Our intention is to enhance all the natural richness of the grape: to extract its perfumes to the maximum, we let it ferment slowly with the skins for the time necessary to obtain a real wine.
We can combine Chardonnay with appetizers, soups, white fish, vegetables and soft cheeses.
