Intense garnet red with orange reflections.
Bouquet
Intense, complex, ethereal, withered rose, violet, liquorice, spices, truffle. Tertiary notes evolving with bottle aging.
Taste
Dry, full-bodied, robust, velvety, harmonious, with important but well-integrated tannins and a long finish. Balanced acidity.
Alcohol content
14.5% Vol.

Pairings
Roasted or braised red meats, game, aged cheeses, truffle, rich dishes.
Refinement
Minimum 38 months, at least 18 in large oak barrels, followed by long bottle aging.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature, maceration on skins 15-20 days. Complete malolactic.
