Gerard Bertrand Banyuls is an exceptional sweet fortified red wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, France. Produced mainly from Grenache Noir, it displays an intense ruby red color and rich aromas of ripe red fruits, dried figs, and cocoa. On the palate, it is sweet, enveloping, and complex, with a superb balance between candied fruit and spicy notes. Aged in oak barrels, it's ideal with chocolate desserts or blue cheeses. Serve at 12-14°C.
