Intense ruby red with garnet reflections

Bouquet

Intense and complex, notes of ripe cherry, forest fruits, sweet spices, and hints of cocoa and tobacco.

Taste

Full, warm, and velvety, with soft tannins. Excellent structure, persistent with a spicy and fruity finish.

Large glass for structured red wine, like Bordeaux.

Pairings

Ideal with roasted red meats, braised dishes, game, and aged cheeses. Also perfect with rich pasta dishes.

Refinement

Minimum 12 months in oak barrels, followed by a period in the bottle to refine the bouquet.

Vinification

Grapes are destemmed and fermented. The base wine is then "repassed" over Amarone pomace, gaining structure and complexity.
