Francesco Rotolo's Sauvignon Collio Confinis is a DOP white wine from Friuli. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, it boasts a straw yellow color and an intense aroma of elderflower and boxwood. Dry, fresh, and savory on the palate with good persistence. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it's excellent with fish and asparagus at 10-12°C.
