Francesco Poli's Vino Santo Trentino Nobles is an excellent passito, made from dried Nosiola grapes. Amber color, intense aroma of dried fruit and honey. On the palate it is sweet, enveloping, with great freshness and sapidity. Long aged in wood, it is ideal with desserts or blue cheeses.
