On the palate, it is dry, with great structure, noble tannins, and a very persistent finish, ideal for connoisseurs. Aged for a long time in large oak barrels, this wine is best enjoyed at 18-20℃ in a large glass. Perfect to accompany roasts, game, and aged cheeses.
