Colour
Intense garnet red with orange reflections, typical of aging. Vivid, evolved and complex color.

Refinement

Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature (28-30°C), maceration on skins for 10-15 days. Followed by complete malolactic fermentation.
