Feudi Salentini's More Salice Salentino DOC is a red wine from Puglia, a blend of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. It boasts an intense ruby color with garnet reflections, offering complex aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, tobacco, and cocoa. On the palate, it's warm, soft, and enveloping, with velvety tannins and a long finish. Perfect with red meats and aged cheeses, it's aged in barriques for 6-12 months and served at 18°C.
