Florentia is a Chianti Classico DOCG from Fattoria Di Petrognano, made from Sangiovese and Canaiolo. It displays an intense ruby red color, with aromas of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it is harmonious and persistent, with soft tannins. Aged in oak barrels, it's ideal with red meats and aged cheeses.
