Falesco Montiano 2000 is an iconic pure Merlot, IGP Lazio, with an intense ruby red color. Its aroma is a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, vanilla, and balsamic hints. On the palate, it's structured, elegant, velvety, with soft tannins and a persistent finish with notes of liquorice and cocoa. Aged 12-14 months in barriques, it pairs perfectly with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18℃.
