On the palate, it is dry, savory, and elegant, with remarkable structure and a long fruity and spicy finish. Aged in stainless steel and with an aging potential of 10-20 years, this wine is ideal with elaborate fish dishes, white meats, and hard cheeses, served at 10-12°C.
